What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on our website, we collect:
- your name and email address
- your company name and size, if you give them
- the topic you choose and the message you write
- a record that you agreed to this notice
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. Please don't send sensitive information such as health data.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a conversation and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. Under UK GDPR, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We don't use your details for marketing unless you separately agree to it, and we never sell them.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms, which receives submissions from our enquiry form and forwards them to our inbox.
- Our email and web hosting providers, which store our emails and run this website.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together. In that case, we keep records for as long as we need them for the engagement and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that's wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict or stop using your information
- object to how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format

Cookies
This website doesn't set any cookies and doesn't use analytics or tracking. Our fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting the site doesn't send your details to third parties. Your information only goes to Web3Forms if you submit the enquiry form.
